State Bank of India (SBI) is a Country’s largest government Bank on Tuesday launched a mobile wallet app dubbed SBI Buddy in collaboration with Accenture and MasterCard.
The service will be available to all existing SBI customers and non-customers as well. The app was launched by Arun Jaitley a Finance Minister along with Jayant Sinha, Minister of State for Finance and Hasmukh Adhia, Secretary, Department of Financial Services.
Buddy is the first Indian Mobile Wallet Application available in 13 Languages. It comes with several features like Send money to registered and new users, Ask money and Send reminders to settle dues, transfer additional cash into an account of your choice free of cost, Recharge and Pay Bills instantly, Book for movie tickets, flights and hotel and shop for your favorite merchandise.
The app is available currently available on Google Play and soon will be launched on the App Store.
