Just few months back when Google first launched out the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system but the mobile software was clouded with bugs and issues. This happened despite Google’s initiative in rolling out a developer preview in an attempt to sweep off bugs from the OS. So, Google launched Android 5.0.1 released in late November, and the Android 5.0.2 released in mid-December to fix minor bugs in smartphones devices and now there are new rumors floating around of the upcoming Android 5.1 release. According to information the company is preparing the next version of Lollipop to roll out in end of February 2015.
Many believes the Android 5.1 Lollipop update will come with major fixes for various bugs and little malfunctions in the core of the OS and will also enhance the Material Design color palette and improve RAM management and battery management. The Android 5.1 Lollipop is expected to have larger update, Silent mode added after missing on Android 5.0, improving system stability and fixing sudden app closures and sound problems, Issues with wireless connections, Excessive consumption of network devices when used Wi-Fi.
