Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella to visit India on 5th, November

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is coming to India this week on 5th, November. Satya Nadella will meet industry leaders in Mumbai city like Axis Bank head Shikha Sharma, Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra and Tata Starbucks CEO Avani Davda during his one-day visit to India.

Satya Nadella was born in India, Nadella will also deliver a keynote address at ‘Microsoft’s Future Unleashed’ event here that will bring together 3,000 industry thought leaders, enterprise heads, developers and entrepreneurs. He will also meet key government stakeholders and Microsoft customers and partners during the event.

After Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited US, where he had extensive meetings with Silicon Valley honchos, including Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Zuckerberg and Nadella, industry experts believe the visits of top CEOs from international tech companies are set to increase.

At the ‘Digital India’ in September with Modi, Nadella had shared what he called a “haunting image” from his childhood in Andhra Pradesh to illustrate how digital India can change lives. He had said Microsoft would announce cloud services from Indian data centers as a key part of both Make in India and Digital India projects. He had also announced company plans to take technology to 5 lakh villages across the country.
