LG has just announced a smartphone called the “LG Ray” which will arrive early next year.
The LG Ray looks slightly similar to the “LG G4” with a brushed aluminum back although the rear isn’t actually made of aluminum.
LG Ray is a budget smartphone with a large screen. LG Ray comes with a 5.5 inch IPS screen with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution and it is featured by Mediatek MT6592M chip with an octa core 1.4 GHz Cortex A7 processor and Mali 450MP4 GPU. There is a microSD slot with an internal memory of 16 GB.
LG Ray runs on Android Lollipop v5.1 and powered by 3,000mAh battery.
The fingerprint sensor is on the back of the phone and features a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and full HD video recording and a 8 MP camera at the front.
LG Ray will be available in dual and single-SIM models and connectivity features of this phone are 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS.
However, 3G-only handset it is destined for 3G-dedicated regions, such as the CIS region Russia, Ukraine, etc. and Latin America.
LG Ray will be available in silver, gold and titan black colors.
