Panasonic India has launched company’s latest smartphone in the Eluga series with a metal frame based on CNC based metal grinding technique named “Eluga Z” at price of ₹13,490.
Eluga Z sports a fabric texture back cover measuring a 6.85 mm sleek design with 120 gm of weight. Company claims to have body with CNC based metal grinding technique which gives it a metallic finish and strength.
Panasonic Eluga Z sports a 5-inch 1280 x 720 pixels OnCell HD AMOLED display, is powered by a octa core processor is supported by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory support for microSD carda of up to 32GB for expansion and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-box. It comes with a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and record video at 1080p, also sports a 5 MP front camera. On the back the phone has a 2,050 mAh battery.
In terms of connectivity options, the Eluga Z supports dual sim, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 with EDR and GPS.
The prominent feature of Panasonic Eluga Z is that supports gesture based functions like double tap to lock or unlock phone like LG G2, Smart Swipe functionality and has support up to 21 regional languages.
The smartphone will be available in the 2nd week of July in Gold, Ivory White, and Midnight Blue colors option. It comes with a free Leather Flip Cover, a Transparent Protective Case and a Protective Screen Guard too.
