Microsoft has released Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM feature phones.
Both the feature phones have been priced at $55 (approximately Rs. 3,700 in India) before local taxes and subsidies. Both devices will be available around the world with starting December in Asia and the Middle East.
Both the feature phones come with the same specifications except that the Nokia 230 Dual SIM supports dual-SIM functionality. Both the handset support Micro-SIM cards.
Both features a 2.8-inch QVGA LCD touchscreen and packed an 1,200mAh battery that it is claimed to deliver up to 23 hours of talk time and up to 22 days of standby time on dual-SIM model and up to 27 days of standby time on single-SIM model. It offers a 2MP camera on both front and back. The phone comes with storage up to 32 GB via microSD card.
It measuring 124.6×53.3×10.9mm and weighs 91.8g.
The phone run on Nokia Series 30+ OS and are equipped with preloaded apps such as Bing Search, MSN Weather and Opera Mini browser and includes 2G, micro USB, Bluetooth with SLAM and HSP/HFP profile as connectivity options.
The Nokia 230 and Nokia 230 Dual SIM will both be available in Black and White colours.
