LG X Screen smartphone has been launched in India at price of Rs 12,990.
The highlight of the LG X screen is that it comes with a dual display the always on display. The second display measures 1.76 inches diagonally and is placed about the primary display and has a 520 x 80 pixel resolution. It comes with a 4.93 inches in size main display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels.
The LG X screen’s second display is featured to show notifications for apps, calls without interrupting the current activity or just display music controls. It also allows users to check time, date, battery status and other notifications without ever having to turn on the phone.
LG X Screen also features a panic button which is in line with the Government of India’s initiative in this regard. If a user presses the power button five times in row, the secondary display will show the SOS button and send alerts to your friends or relative which you have predefined.
The smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. LG X screen is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor paired with 2 GB of RAM. It offers a 16 GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded.
The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is powered by a 2,300 mAh battery and supports 4G LTE connectivity.
The smartphone measures 142.6×71.8×7.1 mm and weight 120 g. LG X screen will be available in Black and White colors.
The LG X screen smartphone is currently Snapdeal exclusive and will go on sale from July 20. LG India is offering free Hungama music and video download for 45 days to X Screen users. However, Vodafone users will get double data free with LG X Screen smartphone.
