Indian based company iBall on Tuesday launched its latest 7 inch tablet in the Indian market called the iBall Slide i701 at price of Rs. 4,999 based on Windows 8.1 OS which is believed world’s most economical Windows tablet.
The iBall Slide i701 sports a 7-inch IPS display, powered by a quad-core Intel Atom processor with 1GB of DDR3 RAM and runs Windows 8.1 out-of-the-box, but the company says the tablet will be upgradeable to Windows 10 when it launched. iBall also gives you an year’s subscription to MS Office.
16GB internal storage expandable uptp 32GB, 2MP rear camera along side VGA front camera, and packed with 3,200mAh battery. iBall Slide i701 supports 3G (through dongle), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, micro HDMI, and micro-USB. iBall Slide i701 also supports projector and TV connectivity through HDMI port.
The Slide i701 will be available to buy across leading retail stores and leading e-commerce sites starting 21, May and will come with an HDMI Cable worth Rs 699 along with three user replaceable protective covers worth Rs. 599 in value for free.
