Gionee has launched the F103 Pro smartphone in India for priced at Rs. 11,999 and is available through its India website. F103 Pro is a upgraded version of the F103 smartphone which was launched last year.
The smartphone comes with 8.5mm slim metal unibody and it also has a 2.5D curved edge display. Gionee F103 Pro features a 5-inch 720p IPS HD display, 1.3 GHz MediaTek quad-core processor paired with 3 GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with a 16 GB onboard storage (9GB user accessible) with a memory card slot with support for up to 128 GB.
Gionee F103 Pro is equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Gionee F103 Pro is powered by 2,400 mAh battery which is claimed to offer up to 20 hours of talk time, and 470 hours of standby time and runs on Amigo 3.1 UI based on Android Marshmallow.
The connectivity options on the smartphone include dual-SIM card slots, 4G LTE with VoLTE support, GPS, Wi-Fi and microUSB 2.0 port. The device measures 145.3×70.5×8.5mm and weighs 143 grams and comes in gold, gray and white color options.
Gionee F103 Pro will compete with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (32GB) and LeEco Le 2. Both Redmi Note 2 and Le 2 feature a 5.5-inch full HD display, 3GB of RAM, with this price point.
