Indian electronics maker iBall has launched its first PC stick on June 18 known as iBall Splendo. Microsoft India along with iBall on 19, June introduced Splendo, a compact and affordable PC-on-a-stick device that can turn your TV into a fully functional PC.
The iBall Splendo is a PC on a stick that plugs into an HDMI port of your television and converts it into a regular PC.
The iBall Splendo is powered by an Intel Atom quad-core processor along with Intel HD graphic and runs on Windows 8.1. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage with a HDMI port to connect to a TV or monitor with HDMI support. Other specifications in iBall Splendo includes, a USB port, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity and multi channel digital audio support.
The fully functional PC set-up can be used for work, such as checking emails and document editing. Because of its small size, it is portable and can be carried along while travelling on work as a replacement for the laptop. It can also be used for entertainment purposes, surfing through YouTube videos, browsing photos and play games on TV.

iBall Splendo is priced at ₹8,999 and will go on sale in early July across the country and will also be available on online shopping sites (may be available on Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon india etc) and TV retail stores.
