Huawei Honor Note 8 officially launched with 6.6 inch Quad HD AMOLED display

The Honor Note 8 has been launched in three storage options 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. The inbuilt storage can be expanded via microSD card up to 128 GB.

Huawei has officially launched Honor Note 8 smartphone in China today along with Honor 5. The Honor Note 8 has been launched in three storage options 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. The inbuilt storage can be expanded via microSD card up to 128 GB.

Note 8 features a 6.6-inch Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass protection and up to 105% NTSC colour gamut. It is powered by a 64-bit Kirin 955 octa-core processor with Mali T880-MP4 GPU paired with 4 GB RAM. It is also featured with fingerprint scanner.

Note 8 comes with a 13 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, OIS and f/2.0 aperture. It has a 8 MP selfie front camera. The Honor Note 8 is powered by 4,500 mAh battery with fast charging technology. The connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port.

The smartphone measures 178.8 x 90.9 x 7.18 mm and it weighs 219 grams.It will be available in Gold, Silver and Grey color options. Note 8 features a hybrid dual-SIM (Nano + Nano) slot and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Emotion UI 4.1 OS.

Honor Note 8 has been priced, The 32 GB variant is priced at CNY 2,299 (Approx $246 USD), the 64 GB variant is priced at CNY 2,499 (Approx $377 USD) and the 128 GB variant is priced at CNY 2,799 (Approx $422 USD).
